How to order;

You can browse our products by clicking on the products heading shown in the navigation bar at the top of each page. You can then select from a list of categories shown on the left hand side of the products page. Once you get to the product description page you will see the order quantity box and the button to add an item to your shopping basket. Once you have completed shopping, you can view the contents of your basket and then continue to the checkout.

Stock shortages;

In the event that you order an item which is out of stock, the estimated delivery date will be shown in the shopping basket against that item. We will normally despatch any other items on the order immediately with the out of stock item to follow later.

Your details;

Carefully complete your address and contact details. You may have the goods delivered to an address which is different to the invoicing (or cardholders) address. For example; If you work full time you may find it more convenient to have the goods delivered to your work address.

The extra delivery instructions area can be used to help our driver if your address is difficult to find or if you want to request a specific delivery date.

Our standard delivery charge applies to all UK mainland addresses, if you live outside of this area please select the relevant area from our list and you will then be quoted, based on the total weight of the goods in the basket.

If you order an item which is particularly heavy (over 100kg) you will need to ask us to deliver using a tail lift vehicle, unless you have access to a forklift. There is a £10 Surcharge for this service.

Payment;

On the payment page you will be offered a choice of five ways to pay;

Online card transaction using the Protx secure card payment system which accepts Payments from Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo and Mastercard.

Online via e-mail send your order to our sales team who will telephone you back to take your payment card details and confirm delivery. If you place an order outside of office hours we will contact you during the morning of the next working day.

Post after placing goods into the basket, complete the order form, print it and post it to; Charnwood, Charnwood, Cedar Court, Walker Road, Bardon Hill, Leicestershire, LE67 1TU, England. We use the Transax service to clear cheques the same day they are received so as not to delay your order. Please include your guarantee card number when paying by cheque.

Delivery;

Providing we receive the order before 3pm we will normally be able to despatch it that day for delivery to you the next working day. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.
