Returns Policy

You have 30 days from invoice date in which you can choose to return goods to us for a refund.
Before returning any goods, you must e-mail to us, stating the goods to be returned and the reason why. We will then arrange collection and e-mail to you the date the carriers will call. We can collect on any specified date but cannot give a time. Our carriers operate between 8am and 6pm.
Goods cannot be returned to us within the 30 days for a full refund if they have been used.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Once Charnwood have agreed to a collection It is your responsibility to ensure that;

i) Goods are ready for collection on the appointed day. A charge of £10.00 +vat will be made for collections which fail.

ii) Goods are packed in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. The carriers will not collect goods which are insufficiently packed to guarantee safe transport back to ourselves. The Customer will be held liable for any damages or loss which occur during return transport, even when we have arranged the uplift through our carriers. Carriers do not offer any insurance on third party collections.

Refunds for unwanted goods will only be issued after the goods are checked in by our warehouse.
