Switches
Many of our machines share the same switches. You can easily identify the switch on your machine by removing it form the machine and checking the model number printed on the switch. These switches are very easy to change and do not require any special skills.
Most Switches for smaller machines (single phase, 240v) just have four connections and it is a straightforward procedure to fit the wires in the same order as they are removed.
If your machine has more than four wires it is probably fitted with a remote cut-out, an electronic braking mechanism or it is a 3 phase 415v motor.
There are several manufacturers of switches and we will normally have compatible switches from other brands available, if the original brand is not available.
