Our Beber carving knives are of a traditional pattern featuring a high quality Sheffield steel blade that has been finely ground and polished to a keen edge. The handles are from top quality Rosewood that is nicely finished and waxed.

A very handy knife with a skewed blade enabling access into hard to reach areas, the knife features a honed and polished blade with a double riveted Rosewood handle.
