Customer Reviews:

Arnold Rowlinson
It's a nice machine. The table mounting instructions are for an earlier model but fitting the table is pretty straight forward. With the blade correctly set the back of the blade cuts into the table insert both in use and at rest, but I don't see this as a problem.

Philip Hayton
I love it. I had a few slight problems initally. The table is of a different design to the one in the instructions, but it was fairly straight forward to mount, ( once I got the paint out of the mounting bolt holes), so I worked that one out. The back of the blade almost touches the plastic insert in the table when at rest, so touches it when in use. Even with the bearing stop adjusted out to it's maximum. I can't seem to adjust this out. It seem that the table should mount slightly futher to the right. Perhaps flat washers under the tilt mechanism mounting may solve the issue. Not tried that yet. In use the saw is great and used correctly can produce work as shown in the Charnwood video. If you want a band saw at a good price, to use in your home workshop, don't let the minor issues put you off. At the price it's worth every penny.

John Guy
this band saw is the best thing since sliced bread, it does everything it says on the tin, as you can see i am well pleased with my new band saw.
